The four teenagers who went missing after paddling out on inflatable boards in Victorian waters have been found alive by a local who was out on their morning walk.
Two 18-year-old males, an 18-year-old female and a 19-year-old female, were paddling at the beach just off Point Nepean Rd in Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula on Monday.

A huge search was launched overnight night including the Air Wing, ambulance choppers, water police and local rescue boats.
On Tuesday morning, Victoria Police confirmed all four teenagers had been located alive near Swan Island, around 20km away from Rosebud.
The group was spotted by a local who was out on their routine morning walk.
Ambulance Victoria said the teenagers are all in a stable condition with no obvious injuries.
Acting Inspector Terence Rowlands said he believes they would have been “very cold” and relieved to be on dry land.
He said the strong current had carried the teens from Rosebud to the Queenscliff area, which is where the island is located.
“They’ve gone from here (Rosebud) to where we are straight across Port Phillip Bay ... it’s a fair way,” Rowlands said.
All four teens were transported to Geelong Hospital in a stable condition with no obvious injuries. They have since been discharged.
Earlier on Tuesday, the father of one of the boys said he was frustrated that the search was called off for about three hours on due to “deteriorating conditions”.
“We’re very much frustrated. We have been waiting here since yesterday evening,” father Jack Shi said.
“A lot of people are helping. We really appreciate that but we just hope it can be noticed by more people.”
Speaking to the media after the news his son had been found, Shi said he was “very happy” with the outcome.
“We really appreciate all the (help), everything, from the police, from the rescue team, from everybody who was involved,” he said.
Shi said he was especially worried for the four teens at the time because their swimming skills were not great.
“(They’re) not good swimmers ... they do not have the skills to swim in the bay,” he said.
The teenagers were using two inflatable paddleboards and vanished at some point during Monday. They had only just finished their VCE and were celebrating the end of their high school studies.
At about 8pm, a passerby found their belongings on the beach and called police.
Rowlands called the outcome “absolutely fantastic”.
“All too often members of Victoria Police in these circumstances see tragedy,” he said.
“It’s absolutely sensational, a fantastic outcome for the family.”
