The two officers were sitting inside their parked van on the Bellarine Highway in Moolap when a Ford sedan crashed into it about 10.10am.
A female senior constable, who had been driving the van, suffered facial injuries and her passenger, a male leading senior constable, sustained injuries to his back.
The driver of the Ford sedan, a 54-year-old Queenscliff man, suffered chest injuries in the crash.
Paramedics treated the constables and driver at the scene before they were all taken to St John of God Geelong Hospital in a stable condition.
