Three people have been taken to hospital after a multi-vehicle crash on the West Gate Freeway near Melbourne's CBD.
About six vehicles were believed to be involved in the crash, which happened near the Montague Street off-ramp in Docklands, Victoria Police said.
Ambulance Victoria said paramedics were called to the scene about 10:45am.
It said a woman in her 60s, who was trapped for a time, had been taken to hospital in a stable condition with upper body injuries.
A man in his 20s is also in a stable condition with upper body injuries, and another man is also believed to be stable, Ambulance Victoria said.
All outbound lanes of the West Gate Freeway are closed adjacent to Montague Street, and multiple roads are closed due to the crash.
Police have warned people to expect "significant delays" while crews clear the scene.
More to come.
