Three teenage girls charged over sickening torture attack on 13-year-old - PerthNow

Three girls aged between 12 and 14 have been charged over an incident where another girl was allegedly held in a Queensland home and repeatedly assaulted over several hours.

The alleged incident occurred on March 11 after a 13-year-old girl was lured to a home at Tewantin on the Sunshine Coast.

A police spokesperson said the girl was “subsequently prevented from leaving and filmed while being assaulted, taunted and cut with a knife over the period of several hours”.

Her mother said her daughter “should be dead” after the incident.

“She got stabbed in the knee … it just missed her tendon, but she also has a fractured wrist,” she told The Courier-Mail.
