Rudy Giuliani tests positive for coronavirus
Former New York City Mayor and Donald Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani has tested positive for coronavirus, Mr Trump has confirmed in a tweet.
The US President took to social media on Sunday afternoon (local time) to wish Mr Giuliani the best.
"@RudyGiuliani, by far the greatest mayor in the history of NYC, and who has been working tirelessly exposing the most corrupt election (by far!) in the history of the USA, has tested positive for the China Virus," Mr Trump said.
"Get better soon Rudy, we will carry on!!!"
More than 14 million COVID-19 cases have now been recorded in the US, with over 280,000 deaths.
