Parkerville residents in the Shire of Mundaring have been told to evacuate immediately as an out-of-control bushfire burns dangerously close to homes.
The fire started near the intersection of Granite Road, and people must act now in order to survive.
For people bound by Wilson Road, Granite Road, Dartnall Road and Brooking Road, it is too late to leave, as lives are in danger.
The Parkerville fire is one of two emergency-level bushfires currently burning in WA.
A separate blaze in the Shire of Manjimup near the town of Northcliffe is also at an emergency level.
The fire, which was accidentally sparked just before 3pm on Tuesday, is neither contained nor controlled and is moving in a westerly direction.
An estimated 3000 hectares have been burnt.
Sheds, outbuildings and vehicles have reportedly been lost in the Toodyay bushfire as fire crews battled difficult conditions.
The blaze has already burnt through 159ha and, while currently stationary, is not contained or controlled. The fire was downgraded to a watch and act level warning just at 10.20am on Thursday.
However, it is still not safe for residents to return.
Meanwhile, Lancelin, which was evacuated on Wednesday as a bushfire barrelled towards the coastal township north of Perth, has been given the all-clear.

Chaos in Parkerville
Residents who are already devastated by the fires are tirelessly trying to stop further damage.
One man - whose home has been damaged by the blaze - was seen jumping a fence to put out a spotfire metres from his home on Feldman Crescent in Parkerville.
Next door to the home a property on Richardson Road is completely destroyed along with at least three cars and a bobcat.
Firefighters have flooded the suburbs as they continue to prevent anymore destruction.
The area has been decimated by fire as smoke continues to spew from trees.
At the man’s home, a patio, back fence and tin shed have been destroyed.
Bunbury crash worsens traffic between Bunbury and Eaton
A multi-car crash on Estuary Drive in Vittoria is likely to further worsen road congestion in and around the Bunbury-Eaton areas.
It’s understood three cars were involved in a crash about 3.15pm, and a police spokesman said there was now heavy traffic in the area due to the crash and the detours in place because of the fire.
City of Bunbury Mayor Jasen de San Miguel advised people to avoid the area if possible.
“There’s a lot of people living in Eaton who work in Bunbury who’ll be going home about now, (so) if you’ve got other options I’d suggest not heading out that way because there’s going to be significant delays,” he said.

When questioned on whether DFES are being stretched thin after multiple bushfires sparked across WA, commissioner Klemm says the firies crew in the south west battling the blaze near Eaton are well equipped and have multiple resources to assist.

More than 32 firefighting crews — including air support — have been sent to Eaton as an inferno threatens to spread through Eaton and into Bunbury.
The out-of-control blaze is moving fast in a westerly direction and remains unpredictable, as the Department of Fire and Emergency Services warned “burning embers are likely to be blown around your home”.

DFES confirms two homes lost
DFES commissioner Darren Klemm has confirmed two homes have been completely lost after the devastating fires in Parkerville.
Further updates will be provided as they come to hand.
The fire conditions are expected to continue through to next week, along with significant thunderstorms and lightning.
Parkerville resident thankful her animals are safe
Parkerville resident Carly Ganzer is anxiously waiting to return to her Richardson Road property and says she is thankful none of her animals were there at the time the fire in the Perth Hills broke out.
Ms Ganzer and her partner were both at work when the fire started, unable to return to their property which has their half-built house on it, as well as a stables and workshop.
Luckily for the couple, a local firefighter they know has been able to keep them updated throughout the day.
“I don’t really know exactly what we have lost because I haven’t been able to see it yet,” Ms Ganzer said. “But by the photos and constant contact it looks like we would have lost some fencing and our beehives.”
“I’m thankful none of our animals were on the property at the time and we are extremely lucky our house build, stables and workshop is still standing.
“I know there are families who have lost everything and I just can’t comprehend how they are feeling, especially so close to Christmas.”
Ms Ganzer said she was hoping to be in her house this Christmas, but said a drawn-out building process meant she wasn’t living in the house right now.
“We have been waiting three long years for BGC to complete our house, not knowing how close the fire actually was to our house made me feel physically sick, adding to the pain suffering and heart ache from the building delays.”
The community has again rallied to support each other, according to Ms Ganzer, who said they all did the same for the Woorooloo fires.
New emergency fire warning alerted in Bunbury
A new emergency warning has been alerted for Bunbury.
Places affected include north of Forrest Highway, an area bounded by Eaton Drive, Lofthouse Avenue and Millard Street in parts of Eaton.
Homes and lives are now under threat.
