Police are continuing to piece together the final movements of a young father who was left at a Sydney hospital suffering a fatal stab wound.
Detectives said Justin Hennings, 25, arrived at Campbelltown Hospital, in the city's west, about 9pm last night with a stab wound to his torso.
Police said he had been driven to the hospital by someone and dropped off at the emergency department.
The father of one died shortly after due to his injuries.
Police have searched the hospital for clues, and have spoken to the owner of the car that was seen dropping Hennings off.
Detectives have also set up a special strike force to investigate the circumstances surrounding his death.
