Coronavirus Australia live news: COVID-19 gathering exemptions in place for Remembrance Day - ABC News

Melbourne Central and Melbourne Airport will be listed as possible coronavirus exposure sites after a woman who visited Victoria tested positive after returning home to South Australia.

Victorian Health Minister Martin Foley said the woman was likely to be another case of persistent shedding, as she was cleared of coronavirus with a negative test on October 25.

But "out of an abundance of caution" Mr Foley said authorities were investigating further.

"We are asking people who visited Melbourne Central between 2pm and 5pm on November 8, or who were at Terminal 4 at Melbourne Airport on November 9 between 12pm to 1pm – to be alert to even the mildest of symptoms, and seek immediate testing if they become unwell, and stay at home until you have received confirmation of your negative result."
