Alabama added another 4,863 coronavirus cases since yesterday.
The Alabama Department of Public Health’s Jan. 9 data shows the state has now recorded 399,150 COVID-19 cases since March. The state added 108 deaths – some dating back several months – to bring it total to 5,299.
Hospitalizations dipped slightly to 2,995.
