Victoria has recorded zero new cases of coronavirus and no deaths in the past 24 hours, the state's health department says.

Melbourne's 14-day rolling average of new cases per day is now 2.2, down from 2.4 yesterday, and there is just one mystery case.
In regional Victoria, the rolling average remains at zero.
It is the fourth day in the past week that Melbourne has recorded zero new cases.
One case reported yesterday morning was reviewed and later rejected as a false positive.
The figures come as Melburnians return to pubs, cafes and restaurants after the easing of lockdown restrictions announced by Premier Daniel Andrews last weekend.
Mr Andrews is due to reveal details next weekend of the next step in Victoria's roadmap to reopening, which could allow venues to increase the number of people they can seat.
David Canny from the Australian Hotels Association said venues needed capacity to be increased in order for reopening to become financially viable.
"Obviously demand has been extraordinarily high as you would expect with people having the ability to come back out again, but capacity is so low," he said.
"So we're really seeing them using it as a stepping stone to getting these further restrictions eased post November the 8th."
More to come.
