Police believe a missing Safety Beach man could have been murdered after he disappeared near Frankston last year.
Jacob Horton, 28, was last seen leaving a residence in Drum Close, Frankston almost ten months ago.
The man did not have a mobile phone or motor vehicle at the time he went missing on the morning of June 27 last year.
Detectives from the Missing Person Squad believe that when Mr Horton vanished, he was trying to find transport to travel back towards the Rosebud area. He was well known in the Rosebud area and often travelled to Frankston to visit associates.
