Labor and the Greens are set to retain government, as the Liberals Alistair Coe has conceded defeat in the ACT election.
With 78 per cent of the vote counted at 9pm, there was a 0.1 per cent swing against Labor and a 3.6 per cent swing against the Liberals. There was also a 3.6 per cent swing to the Greens.
Sitting MLAs Andrew Wall (Liberals) and Bec Cody (Labor) are at risk of losing their seats, and there are predictions others could join them if the Greens manage to pick up extra seats.
