The Health Department has released data that breaks down the number of active coronavirus cases by postcode in Victoria.
Previously, the smallest area of detail possible was local government areas, which often include dozens of suburbs.
Using the table below, you can find out the number of known active cases in your postcode:
Postcode 3029, which encompasses Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit and Truganina, has the most active cases with 346. More than half of the 640 cases confirmed there since the start of the pandemic are currently active cases.
